Assigned study: Read Your Camera Manual and BRING IT TO EACH CLASS!
The goals:
- Getting to know your camera
- Understanding Exposure
In the manual and on your camera, find:
Exposure controls: P,S (Tv), A (Av), and M and shutter speed and aperture controls; find ISO setting;
Autofocus, eyepiece adjustment.
Set "Quality" to RAW. Set "Color Space" to Adobe RGB.
Set white balance to appropriate setting.
Find "Histogram" display.
From on-line resources, research "digital camera exposure" (an example of a great resource is Alachua County Public Library's Safari Books On-Line)
